We have received a further article published in 1927 which provides information about Pari Of Cove who we mentioned on page 1. Here is a summary of the latest article referencing Pari Of Cove. We'll update this page with the full translation soonest -

"January 13th 1927, the first pair of this remarkable breed arrived in our country, shortly followed by the second pair. The change of climate brought distemper, rashes, everything at the same time. A forced debute took place at the Winners show which filled the supporters of the breed with horror and obliged the english judge to hand out a mere 'good' qualification (**, this however accompagnied by the hopeful observation that the bitch had excellent quality but that her condition was such that it was impossible to give her a better qualification). In the meantime this bitch is deceased as the result of a long illness. A heavy blow for Mrs. Liese Terstall - we hope that she will have many sucesses the coming year with the male that was spared." (Ed note, that male being Rajah Secundus Of Cove, and he was spared)
