Dovima Fashion Postcard Richard Avedon Photographer This modern postcard features an image of 1950's supermodel Dorothy Horan, best known as Dovima, wearing a suit by Balenciaga. She is sitting at the famous Cafe Des Deux Magots in Paris. Next to her is her dog Sacha, an Afghan Hound. The photograph, titled Dovima with Sacha was taken in August 1955 by fashion photographer Richard Avedon in his Paris studio.
