Before that, she spent her younger years sketching animals at the London Zoo, The Royal Agricultural Fair, and the Crystal Palace Dog Show. Hence, I think the dog sketched here is probably 'Zardin' who was first exhibited at the Kennel Club Show in Crystal Palace in 1907.
